{"id":98781,"date":"2023-03-24T16:32:58","date_gmt":"2023-03-24T09:32:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advantage.vn\/?p=98781"},"modified":"2023-03-30T16:35:14","modified_gmt":"2023-03-30T09:35:14","slug":"peel-ports-launches-green-automotive-hub-in-merseyside","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/advantage.vn\/en\/peel-ports-launches-green-automotive-hub-in-merseyside\/","title":{"rendered":"Peel Ports launches Green Automotive Hub in Merseyside"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Peel Ports Group has unveiled plans for a new nearly US$12 million Green Automotive Hub in Merseyside in North West England to support the company&#8217;s long-term vehicle manufacturing goals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Green Automotive Hub is located on Queen Elizabeth II Dock in Eastham, within the Mersey cluster of Peel Ports.<\/p>\n<p>The hub, considered to be the first of its kind in the United Kingdom, will be located on the River Mersey, and will cover an area of approximately 38.445 m\u00b2, adjacent to the Manchester Ship Canal, which is also run by the major UK port group.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-98784 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/advantage.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Ro-Ro-shipping-advantage-logistics-e1680168845935.jpg\" alt=\"shipping + advantage\" width=\"600\" height=\"314\" srcset=\"https:\/\/advantage.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Ro-Ro-shipping-advantage-logistics-e1680168845935.jpg 600w, https:\/\/advantage.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Ro-Ro-shipping-advantage-logistics-e1680168845935-300x157.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The new hub, which is expected to open in September 2023, will serve a twice-weekly cargo route from Vigo Port in Spain to Eastham.
