Adjustment (GRA) from Indian Subcontinent and Middle East to the US East Coast and Gulf Coast.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new rates will apply to cargo transported in 20\u2019 and 40\u2019 dry, reefer and special containers, including high cube equipment.<\/p>\n<p>This GRI\/ GRA of US$1,000 per container is applicable to all boxes gated in full from 1 November and will be valid until further notice.<\/p>\n<p>Indian Subcontintent and Middle East region includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Saudi Arabi and Jordan.<\/p>\n<p><img
