{"id":102927,"date":"2024-06-27T14:56:15","date_gmt":"2024-06-27T07:56:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advantage.vn\/?p=102927"},"modified":"2024-07-12T15:09:57","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T08:09:57","slug":"zim-updates-asia-us-service-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/advantage.vn\/en\/zim-updates-asia-us-service-network\/","title":{"rendered":"ZIM updates Asia-US service network"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ZIM announced the launch of a new premium service, ZIM Central China Xpress (ZX2), connecting Central China to the US West Coast.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ZX2 service will begin operations on 3 July 2024, with ZIM claiming the service will offer the industry&#8217;s fastest transit time of 13 days from Ningbo to Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-102930 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/advantage.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/ZIM-e1720771702751.jpg\" alt=\"ZIM\" width=\"600\" height=\"397\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Israeli ocean carrier has noted the following major features of the service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Dedicated berths at origin and destination ports for seamless arrival and departure<\/li>\n<li>Expedited import containers discharged to ZIM-dedicated chassis for quick delivery<\/li>\n<li>Efficient rail connections for swift inland distribution within the United States<\/li>\n<li>Streamlined import process with no appointment needed for expedited cargo pickup<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated lane for import pick-up, eliminating queues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;The launch of ZX2 demonstrates ZIM&#8217;s continued focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations by offering agile and high-quality premium services that address the evolving demands of the market.
