ADR\u2019s availability was already expressed in recent months with the same sense of institutional responsibility and attention to the needs of the area, through collaboration and fruitful dialogue with local institutions.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-102914 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/advantage.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/msc-air-cargo-Advantage-Logistics-e1720769270253.webp\" alt=\"msc air cargo\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The operation takes place in full synergy and coordination with the Municipality of Genoa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;MSC&#8217;s entry into the shareholding structure ensures compliance and consistency with the strategic direction that the public shareholders of Societ\u00e0 Aeroporto di Genova and Chairman Alfonso Lavarello have been pursuing for some time now,&#8221; said ADR in an announcement.<\/p>\n<p>The closing of the operation can be completed once the usual conditions precedent for this type of transaction are met.<\/p>\n<p>Italy&#8217;s Genoa airport handled 1.27 million passengers in 2023, representing a
